 Must be well-versed in areas of mathematics and economics. 
 Must have to be highly organized and analytical, as well as motivated, confident and professional. 
 Should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, ably relaying important financial information to employees, other members of management and agencies that regulate finances. 
 Should know the hotel industry inside and out.
